You Don't Have to Do This Alone

Neuro-Affirming Counselling Support Group for Moms

Facilitated by: Dionne Chan, MC, RCC

Whether you are looking for practical tools to support your child’s nervous system or a safe space to nurture your own, you belong here.

Space to Breathe. Space to Connect.

Our Spring 2026 Pilot Program offers two intimate, trauma-informed counselling groups where moms can move from isolation to community. Using neuro-affirming practices and culturally responsive care, we explore co-regulation, realistic self-care, and the power of shared lived experience.

  • Relational Safety: Building confidence in co-regulation and emotional attunement.

  • Compassionate Boundaries: Setting realistic limits that protect your peace.
